This opportunity is suited for young lawyers with 0–2 years of experience in litigation who are looking to build hands-on exposure in higher court matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and written submissions
• Conducting detailed legal research
• Appearing alongside counsel before the Supreme Court of India
• Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court and other courts/tribunals in Delhi
• Supporting hearing preparation and procedural compliance
Eligibility
• 0–2 years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Serious interest in appellate and tribunal practice
