Nature of the Role
• Observing court proceedings and hearings
• Assisting with legal research and drafting
• Supporting matter preparation and documentation
• Gaining exposure to litigation strategy and dispute management
• Trial-level exposure as part of the training process

Important Conditions
• Mandatory 1-year training period
• Consideration for Associate role only after successful completion of training
Eligibility Criteria
• Law graduates with less than 1 year of experience
• Freshers with at least 5 onsite disputes internships are eligible
• Strong interest in litigation and disputes
• Immediate joiners or candidates available by 1 March preferred
