Position Details
• Designation: Associate
• Location: Vijayawada
• Experience: 2–6 years (Litigation / Recovery)
Minimum Requirements
• LL.B. with relevant experience in litigation or recovery practice
• Mandatory proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Only candidates proficient in all three languages (English, Hindi, and Telugu) should apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling litigation and pre-litigation matters relating to receivables and recovery
• Managing and reviewing litigation portfolios and court procedures
• Coordinating issuance of legal notices and court documentation
• Acting as the primary SPOC for legal matters at the Division/State level
