This opportunity is suited for legal professionals with 2–4 years of experience in trademark brand protection and intellectual property advisory, particularly within FMCG or global corporate environments.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will strengthen Unilever’s IP and brand protection framework by managing trademark portfolios, supporting copyright matters, and providing strategic legal advisory across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
• Trademark portfolio management, including clearance searches, prosecution, renewals, and enforcement
• Handling copyright-related advisory, litigation coordination, and commercial agreements
• Providing strategic legal input within a fast-moving, global business environment
• Supporting IP governance and brand protection strategies across markets
Eligibility & Qualifications
• LL.B. (LL.M. in Intellectual Property preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house IP role
• Strong expertise in trademark and copyright law
• Excellent English drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work across time zones and international teams
• Familiarity with CorSearch, TM Now, and IP case management systems
