Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy leadership position where you will:
• Own and drive business operations for a city cluster (supply, training, onboarding, daily ops, quality, and growth)
• Lead from the front with strong on-ground presence
• Build, coach, and manage high-performing teams
• Drive service quality, availability, and customer experience
• Collaborate with category, product, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives
In essence, you will have complete ownership of the business, the team, and the outcomes within your assigned geography.
Eligibility Criteria
• Short Service Officers from Army, Navy, Air Force, or Paramilitary forces
• 5–10 years of military service
• Transitioned out of service from January 2024 onwards
• Prior corporate experience not mandatory
• Local language proficiency is an added advantage
