Sattva Consulting is inviting applications for the position of Company Secretary (CS) to manage end-to-end in-house compliance for a Private Limited company with multiple subsidiaries under the Sattva brand.

Role Overview
The selected professional will be responsible for managing corporate compliance across group entities, ensuring statutory governance, and supporting CSR compliance advisory initiatives alongside core secretarial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Compliance & Governance
• Managing compliance requirements across multiple group entities
• Organising and coordinating Board Meetings and General Meetings, including documentation and procedural compliance
• Handling ROC and MCA filings, statutory declarations, registers, and corporate documentation
• Designing and maintaining entity-wise compliance calendars
• Ensuring adherence to governance best practices across the organisation
CSR Compliance Advisory (Dual Role Exposure)
• Supporting internal teams on CSR compliance frameworks
• Applying working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 provisions
• Ensuring compliance with CSR rules and regulatory requirements
• Supporting governance and compliance management initiatives linked to CSR activities
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified Company Secretary
• 2–4 years PQE in corporate secretarial and compliance functions
• Strong hands-on experience with MCA filings and statutory compliance procedures
• Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013
• Familiarity with CSR regulations and governance compliance
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic organisational setup
