Role Description
The selected candidate will assist in litigation matters and gain hands-on exposure before multiple courts and tribunals in Mumbai, including:
• Bombay High Court
• City Civil Court
• Small Causes Court
• Metropolitan Magistrate Courts
• Other tribunals in Mumbai
The role involves court appearances, drafting assistance, procedural work, and close involvement in live matters.
Eligibility Requirements
• Fresh law graduate
• Candidate must be residing in Mumbai
• Serious interest in litigation and court practice
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, court-oriented role
Remuneration
To be discussed during the interview, following an initial paid assessment period of three months, in line with industry standards.
