Hiring Alert | Associate – Litigation (IPR Preferred)

M B Jain Partners is inviting applications for 3 Associate positions from advocates with a minimum of 1 year of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court. Prior exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) will be preferred.

This role is suited for lawyers looking to build a serious, long-term litigation practice with regular High Court exposure and substantive drafting work.

(Candidates residing along the Mumbai Western Line are preferred for ease of commute.)

Required Skill Set

• Active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
• Working knowledge of IPR procedures before the Registry and the High Court
• Familiarity with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
• Strong drafting skills (petitions, applications, replies, notices, etc.)
• Ability to independently research matters and appear with confidence
• Willingness to associate on a long-term professional basis
