Role: Legal Executive – LAP
Key Responsibilities
• Legal scrutiny of property-related documents
• Title verification and property due diligence
• Drafting and vetting of legal documentation
• Handling mortgage and loan-related legal processes
• Coordination with empanelled advocates and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Law (LLB / LLM preferred)
• Prior experience in Loan Against Property / Home Loan legal processes
• Strong understanding of property laws and documentation
• Good drafting and communication skills
