A litigation practice based in Fort, Mumbai is inviting applications from Junior Advocates with hands-on court experience and the ability to manage matters independently.

This opportunity is suited for lawyers who are disciplined, courtroom-oriented, and serious about building a long-term litigation practice.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Ability to argue matters independently
• Experience handling civil and commercial caseloads
• Strong drafting skills and procedural knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Appearing before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts
• Assisting senior litigation lawyers before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, and other forums
• End-to-end case preparation including research, case briefs, and reports
• Ensuring timely compliance with court directions and follow-ups
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, applications, and legal notices
• Appearances in:
– Civil matters
– Testamentary disputes
– RERA matters
– NCLT
– DRT / DRAT
