MB Jain & Partners is inviting applications for 3 Associate positions in its Litigation practice, with a preference for candidates having experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
This role is suited for lawyers looking to build a serious, long-term litigation practice with regular exposure before the Bombay High Court.
Eligibility & Skill Set

Minimum 1 year of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court

Working knowledge of IPR procedures before the Registry and the High Court

Familiarity with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances

Strong drafting skills (petitions, applications, replies, notices, etc.)

Ability to research independently and appear with confidence

Willingness to associate on a long-term professional basis
📍 Candidates residing along the Mumbai Western Line will be preferred for ease of commute.
