Dhaval Vussonji & Associates is seeking to onboard an Associate / Senior Associate with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience for its Mumbai-based Litigation practice.
This role is intended for professionals who are serious about long-term litigation practice, and who value rigour, preparation, and substantive advocacy over short-term outcomes.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be involved in:

Independent handling of matters before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and various tribunals

Drafting and arguing substantive applications, pleadings, and written submissions
-
Managing real estate disputes, redevelopment matters, commercial litigation, and regulatory issues
-
Direct client interaction and coordination with counsel
-
Working closely with partners on strategy, research, and case preparation
Ideal Candidate Profile

4–6 years of litigation experience in a law firm or chambers-based practice
-
Comfortable with court work, drafting, and procedural strategy
-
Demonstrates sound legal judgment, attention to detail, and ownership of matters

Committed to building a serious, long-term litigation practice
