Key Responsibilities

Formatting and standardisation of all types of legal documents

Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations

PDF conversion and formatting

PDF editing, including OCR and bookmarking

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Willingness to work late nights, if required

Basic knowledge of DRHP and capital market documents
Ideal Candidate Profile

High attention to detail and formatting accuracy

Familiarity with law firm documentation standards

Ability to work under timelines and handle document-heavy workflows

Prior exposure to capital markets documentation preferred
