Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities

Legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory developments

Drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts and internal agreements

Supporting company secretarial work, including board and committee documentation
-
Maintaining legal documentation, trackers, and compliance records
-
Assisting in review and update of internal policies and compliance frameworks

Coordinating with cross-functional teams for due diligence and data collection

Preparing legal summaries, briefing notes, and compliance reports

Supporting vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement documentation
