PSL Advocates & Solicitors invites applications for the position of Associate to join its Arbitration and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) practice at the Delhi office.
This role is suited for professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience and a demonstrated interest in dispute resolution and insolvency matters.
Eligibility & Requirements

Sound understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms and commercial laws

Prior exposure to, or strong interest in, Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment
