Experience: 3–4 years PQE
Practice Areas:
• Advisory under GST, Customs, and other indirect tax laws
• Drafting replies to show cause notices, representations, and legal opinions
• Litigation before High Courts, GSTAT, CESTAT, Appellate Authorities, and departmental forums
• Handling investigations, audits, and appellate proceedings
Ideal Profile:
• Mandatory prior experience in indirect tax matters
• Strong drafting skills with hands-on litigation exposure
• Ability to independently manage matters and client interactions
