Corplegex is looking to onboard a dynamic and driven Associate to join our growing practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-impact matters across corporate transactions, insolvency, and complex litigation, with clear scope for long-term professional growth.
Role Highlights
Transaction support in Mergers & Acquisitions, including legal due diligence and drafting/negotiation of transaction documents
Representation in corporate litigation, including oppression and mismanagement, shareholder disputes, and proceedings before NCLT/NCLAT
Active involvement in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, including drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and assisting in resolution plan evaluation
Exposure to civil and commercial litigation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and High Courts
Legal research, case strategy, and briefing of senior counsel
Client coordination and stakeholder management
