Position Details
• Qualification: Lawyer / Lawyer & CS (CS preferred)
• Location: Pune / Remote (open to frequent travel)
Role Overview
• Independently plan and execute legal compliance audits
• Conduct site visits and physical verification of compliance records
• Draft, finalise, and present audit reports to senior management and CXO stakeholders
• Address regulatory and legal queries
• Ensure audit quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Required Expertise
• Strong working knowledge of Labour, EHS, Finance & Taxation, Secretarial, and allied Indian laws
• Experience in compliance applicability assessments and audits across multiple industries
• Up-to-date awareness of regulatory changes and compliance frameworks
