• Role: Law Intern – Capital Markets

Eligibility & Requirements
• Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / final year – 3-year course) or recent law graduates
• Prior internship experience in capital markets, corporate law, or allied areas is mandatory
• Working knowledge of SEBI regulations, company law, and capital market processes
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools
Internship & Assessment

• Certificate of Internship on successful completion
