Position Details
Role: Junior Associate – Corporate Law
Experience: 0–3 years PQE
Qualification: LLB
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending corporate and commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, shareholders’ agreements, MOAs, and amendments
• Supporting corporate secretarial matters such as incorporation, restructuring, board and shareholder resolutions, and regulatory filings
• Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws
• Assisting senior lawyers in due diligence, transactions, and compliance matters
• Maintaining contract trackers and legal documentation records
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• 0–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, Commercial Law, and basic regulatory frameworks
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
