Parthasaarathi LLP is inviting applications from experienced litigation professionals to join its Litigation Team at Navi Mumbai.
This is a strictly experience-based hiring. Fresh advocates and profiles limited to college internships are not eligible.
Position 1: Senior Associate – Litigation
Experience (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 10 years of hardcore litigation
Key Responsibilities
• Advanced legal research for arguments, including documents, exhibits, and case laws
• Drafting writ petitions, appeals, suits and arguing matters before High Courts and District Courts
• Drafting Precipies after checking latest sitting lists and circulating urgent matters
• Preparing precedents and taking stock of matters two weeks in advance to complete compliances
• Must have obtained minimum 5 court orders

• Redacted copies of court orders
Position 2: Junior Associate – Litigation
Experience (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities
• Small court appearances
• Cause list checking
• E-filing and physical filing
• Issuance of summons, obtaining certified copies, and registry follow-ups

Additional Notes
• College or university background is irrelevant
• Civil litigation experience before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals preferred
• Salary: As per industry standards
• Navi Mumbai candidates preferred
