INTTL Advocare is looking to onboard experienced legal professionals to join its Patent Litigation team in Noida. This role is suited for practitioners with a strong grounding in patent law and the ability to handle technically complex disputes.
The firm is seeking candidates who combine legal rigour with comfort in engaging with scientific and technical material, and who can independently manage litigation responsibilities.

PQE: 2 to 5+ years
Key Requirements
• Ability to handle complex patent disputes
• Strong understanding of legal principles governing patents
• Excellent research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with court appearances and managing multiple matters
• In-depth ability to analyse technical documents and underlying scientific principles
