A&S Legal is hiring a Legal Associate for its Dispute Resolution Team in Delhi. The firm is looking for a young litigator with genuine curiosity for the law, patience to read and analyse records thoroughly, and the willingness to engage deeply with litigation work.
This role offers meaningful exposure to court work, drafting, and proceedings across multiple forums.
Position Details
Role: Legal Associate
Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
Location: Delhi
Experience: Up to 2 years PQE
CTC: ₹3.5 to ₹4.5 LPA
Scope of Work
• Court appearances and procedural follow-ups
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Legal research and case briefing
• Assisting seniors across litigation matters
• Active involvement in NCLT, arbitration, and consumer matters
Ideal Candidate
• Up to 2 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Patience and attention to detail while reading records
• Genuine interest in litigation practice
