Practice Area
Trademark Prosecution, including:
-
Filing and prosecution of trademark applications
-
Drafting and responding to examination reports
-
Handling oppositions, counter-statements, and hearings
-
Managing trademark portfolios, renewals, and assignments
-
Conducting trademark searches and providing advisory
-
Liaising with clients and the Trademark Registry
Eligibility & Requirements
-
Law graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in trademark/IPR prosecution
-
Sound knowledge of the Trade Marks Act and Rules
-
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines
