Applications are invited from advocates with a minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience for the following roles:
Position 1: High Court–Focused Associate (Ahmedabad)
Preference: Prior experience before the Gujarat High Court
Work Profile:
• Drafting and arguing matters before the Gujarat High Court
• Handling writ petitions, appeals, civil applications, replies, rejoinders, and legal research
• Role primarily based in Ahmedabad
Position 2: Litigation Associate – Lower Courts & Forums
Preference: Candidates open to travel across Gujarat
Work Profile:
• Handling matters before District Courts, Labour Courts, CAT, and other forums
• Court appearances and coordination across districts in Gujarat
• Drafting pleadings and assisting in litigation strategy
Common Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Proficiency in English and Gujarati
• Professional approach with the ability to work independently
