Assessment Structure (3 Months)
• Month 1: ₹5,000
• Month 2: ₹10,000
• Month 3: ₹15,000
From Month 4, candidates will be promoted to Associate, subject to performance and work quality.
Compensation & Growth
• CTC Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA
• Includes fixed pay plus performance-based incentives
Role & Responsibilities
• Direct client interaction and case handling
• Debt settlement and loan resolution matters
• DRT proceedings
• SARFAESI Act related cases
• Arbitration and mediation support
• Drafting legal notices, replies, pleadings, and representations
