Corporate governance
Key Responsibilities
Designing and developing ESG strategy offerings
Managing and advising client relationships
Supervising compliance and governance frameworks
Overseeing ESG reporting, disclosures, and audits
Providing strategic input on sustainability and regulatory alignment
Eligibility & Preferred Background
10–20 plus years of relevant professional experience
Educational background in MBA, LLM, Environmental Science preferred
Prior consulting experience is an added advantage
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, compliance, and reporting standards
Ability to lead projects independently and engage with senior stakeholders
