About the Role
Position: Consultant – Data Privacy
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Mode: On-site / Hybrid (as per engagement requirements)
Key Responsibilities

Supporting delivery of DPDP Act and GDPR compliance engagements

Assisting with DPIA/PIA, RoPA, and data flow mapping exercises

Supporting handling of Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs) and personal data breach assessments
-
Conducting third-party and vendor privacy risk assessments
-
Assisting in drafting privacy policies, notices, SOPs, and client-facing reports
-
Supporting privacy-by-design reviews for business and technology initiatives
Eligibility & Skills
-
2–3 years of experience in Data Privacy, GRC, or Consulting
-
Working knowledge of the DPDP Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR
-
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
-
Prior client-facing consulting experience preferred
-
Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, or CIPM are an added advantage
