About the Journal
UCL Journal of Law and Jurisprudence invites submissions for its 2026 edition. The Journal welcomes rigorous, original scholarship across legal theory and jurisprudence.

Submission Categories

• Articles: 8,000 to 12,000 words, inclusive of footnotes

• Case Commentaries: 2,000 to 4,000 words, inclusive of footnotes

Special Thematic Issue
To mark UCL’s bicentennial anniversary, the Editorial Board announces a thematic issue titled:
“Retrospective: Looking Back and Ahead.”
Submissions engaging with past developments and future directions in law and jurisprudence are particularly encouraged.

Who Can Submit
Academics, researchers, practitioners, and advanced students with original, unpublished work in law and jurisprudence.
