About the Role
Position: Junior Advocate
Experience: Newly enrolled to 0–1 year
Location: Delhi NCR
Preference: Advocates currently practicing at Ghaziabad Courts
This role involves both team support and independent court work, offering practical exposure to litigation and day-to-day court practice.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and other legal documents
Preparation, organisation, and management of case files
Independent court appearances before Ghaziabad Courts
Legal research and case analysis
Client and matter coordination
Eligibility Criteria
Newly enrolled advocates or advocates with up to 1 year of experience
Candidates already practicing at Ghaziabad Courts will be preferred
Good communication skills and strong professional work ethics
Deadline
