About the Conference
The School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune–Lavasa Campus, in association with the Office of International & Constitutional Law Studies, is pleased to announce an International Conference on “The Living Constitution and Constitutionalism in India: Evolving Principles, Contemporary Challenges and Global Trends.”
The Conference seeks to examine the Indian Constitution as a living and dynamic document, evolving through judicial interpretation, legislative action, and democratic discourse. It aims to provide a rigorous scholarly platform to engage with contemporary constitutional debates and global constitutional developments.
