Key Responsibilities
Providing internal legal opinions and advisory support to business teams
End-to-end contract lifecycle management including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and contract storage
Supporting commercial and transactional matters across multiple business verticals
Working closely with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Ensuring legal risk mitigation while enabling business objectives
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in the automobile or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
Who Can Apply
Legal professionals with 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Candidates with strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial advisory skills
Professionals comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
