About the Role
Anhad Law is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Corporate Governance & Compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, suited for young professionals looking to build a career in corporate advisory and statutory compliance.
The Associate will assist the firm’s Corporate and Compliance team on:

Corporate advisory and corporate governance matters

Contract review and contract drafting

Legal research and written advisory support
Eligibility and Qualifications

LL.B. from a recognised institution
-
Qualified Company Secretary
-
0–1 year PQE
-
Good legal research and legal writing skills

Experience or exposure to corporate and statutory compliances

Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial laws in India

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
