About the Opportunity
A law firm is seeking experienced lawyers with strong expertise in Venture Capital (VC) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join its Delhi team.
This role offers hands-on involvement in end-to-end transaction management, particularly in the startup and investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Structuring VC and M&A transactions

Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including:

Term Sheets
-
Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
-
Share Purchase Agreements (SPA)
-
Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
-
Co-Founders’ Agreements
-
Escrow Agreements
-
ESOP Policies and Advisory Stock documentation
-

Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups

Managing closing formalities and post-closing compliances
Eligibility Criteria
-
2–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Proven ability to handle transactions independently

Prior experience in a corporate law firm is mandatory
