About the Opportunity
This is a remote, task-based contract role offered strictly on an as-needed basis. Work is pre-scoped, time-capped, and non-client-facing. There is no guaranteed volume of work, and assignments are offered only when they arise.
This Role Is Suitable For Candidates Who
• Have 5+ years of paralegal experience (family law strongly preferred)
• Prefer clearly defined tasks with written instructions
• Do not want client interaction, intake calls, or meetings
• Value neutrality, accuracy, and professional drafting
• Are comfortable accepting work only when it fits their availability

Work Allocation Structure
• Tasks are offered on a project-by-project basis
• Each task includes a defined scope and maximum time budget
• You may accept or decline assignments freely
• No emergency work and no last-minute requests
Compensation
• USD 55 per hour (1099)
• Prompt payment upon completion of assigned work
• Skills evaluation required prior to placement on the bench
