About the Call for Papers

The Brazilian Journal of International Law invites scholarly submissions for an upcoming issue themed “The Duty of Corporate Due Diligence in Action.” The call aims to explore contemporary legal, regulatory, and practical dimensions of corporate due diligence within international law frameworks.

This issue seeks to bring together theoretical insights, comparative perspectives, and empirical research on corporate accountability and responsibility.
