ABOUT INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF LEGAL RESEARCH AND GOVERNANCE (BIANNUALLY PRINT JOURNAL)
 The International Journal of Legal Research and Governance (ISSN: 2394- 7829) aims to enhance legal academics and legal awareness in society. The Indian Journal of International and Comparative Law is an internationally peer- reviewed journal that seeks to publish articles on public and private international law, as well as comparative laws, such as constitutional law and constitutional theory. The journal endeavors to disseminate knowledge and research in various aspects of law. Additionally, the journal offers legal professionals and legal aspirants the opportunity to present their views and ideas through high-level research and gain recognition among the masses.
 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- An abstract of not more 250 words should invariably be provided along with the manuscript.
- The abstract and manuscript should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5-line spacing, and footnotes in Times New Roman, font size10, with single line spacing.
- The texts and footnotes must conform to the ILI Citation Style download from the link http://www.ili.ac.in/cstyle.pdf.
- The submission of must be in (.doc) or (.docx) only.
- The submission should contain a disclaimer to the effect that the piece is original and
- has not been published or is under consideration, for publication, elsewhere.
- Co-authorship is permitted for all the categories of submission.
- All submissions are subject to a Plagiarism and AI check, Plagiarism should not be more than 10% and paper should not contain AI content.
- Word limit for an article: 2500-4200.

- Submissions should include a cover letter along with the profile of the author(s) consisting of the author’s name, designation, institution, contact details.
- Full Paper along with Abstract Submission: last date January, 30, 2026.
- Format Requirements: Papers should be prepared in [guidelines] format and must include an abstract of no more than 250 words.
