The Indian Arbitration Law Review (IALR) is pleased to announce the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) as the Official Institutional Partner for the Second NLIU–IALR Arbitral Award Drafting and Presentation Competition.
About the Institutional Partner
The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) is a globally recognised arbitral institution providing neutral, efficient, and competitive arbitration services. Established in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, SIAC is among the world’s leading international arbitration institutions, having served users from over 100 jurisdictions.
SIAC arbitral awards are widely enforced across jurisdictions under the New York Convention.
Role of the Institutional Partner
As the Institutional Partner, SIAC will support the Competition by enabling participants to gain valuable exposure and enhance their arbitration drafting and presentation skills in line with international best practices.
About the Competition
The Second NLIU–IALR Arbitral Award Drafting and Presentation Competition aims to foster excellence in arbitration advocacy and award drafting among law students.
