Solventia – Journal of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws is published under the aegis of the Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies, NLU Jodhpur, National Law University, Jodhpur. The journal is dedicated to fostering rigorous academic discourse and promoting original scholarship in the field of insolvency, bankruptcy, and restructuring laws.
Call for Papers
The Editorial Board invites original and unpublished manuscripts for Volume III, Issue 1, tentatively scheduled for publication in May 2026. Submissions should engage with contemporary and doctrinal issues in insolvency and bankruptcy law, including regulatory, commercial, and policy perspectives.
