About the Opportunity
A corporate law practice is inviting applications for the position of Attorney / Associate (3–4 years PQE) to join its transactional and general corporate practice. This role is ideal for mid-level associates with strong hands-on experience in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to:

Conduct comprehensive legal due diligences

Prepare first drafts of transaction documents, including:

Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
-
Share Subscription Agreements (SSA)
-
Share Purchase Agreements (SPA)
-
Ancillary agreements and disclosure letters
-

Advise on Companies Act compliance and general corporate governance
-
Handle day-to-day corporate advisory matters
-
Undertake legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice
Eligibility & Experience
-
3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
-
Strong transactional exposure in corporate law

Proven drafting and diligence experience
-
Strong analytical and research skills
