About the Role
The selected candidate will be involved in:

Corporate Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory registers, and tracking compliance calendars

Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Legal Research & Advisory: Conducting research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

Due Diligence: Assisting in legal due diligence for transactions and business engagements
Eligibility & Requirements

LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognised university
-
0–2 years of post-qualification experience

Strong analytical and drafting skills
-
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
