Samvad Partners is seeking talented Senior Associates to join our Dispute Resolution practice in Mumbai. The team advises leading domestic and international clients on commercial, regulatory, corporate litigation, arbitration (domestic & international), white-collar, and insolvency-related disputes.

Experience Requirement
4+ years post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration
Key Responsibilities
• Handling complex litigation and arbitration matters
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and agreements
• Conducting in-depth legal research
• Managing client interactions and court appearances
• Collaborating in a high-performance, collegial environment
