Associate – Intellectual Property Rights (Litigation Team)
What we’re looking for
• 2–4 years post-qualification litigation experience (PQE) in Intellectual Property Laws
• Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills
• Experience in IP litigation matters before courts and tribunals
• Candidates with exposure to Media & Entertainment Laws will be preferred
Location
S-35B, First Floor, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi
Role Overview
• Handling IP litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
• Assisting in court proceedings and client conferences
• Working closely with the litigation team on complex IP disputes
