About the Opportunity
Think India invites applications for the prestigious International Law Commission (ILC) Internship under Prof. (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel, Member-Designate, United Nations International Law Commission.
Selected candidates will serve as Law Research Assistants, contributing to high-level research engagements in the field of Public International Law.
Role & Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in:

Conducting in-depth research on propositions related to International Law
-
Preparing background research on topics under consideration at the ILC
-
Assisting with conceptual, doctrinal, and comparative legal analysis
-
Supporting ongoing academic and research-based projects
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Mode: Remote
Exceptional interns may get an opportunity to attend the ILC Session in Geneva, at their own expense and subject to feasibility.
Eligibility
Open to:

Students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year Integrated Law Program
-
Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. Program
-
Candidates who have studied Public International Law
