The NLIU Journal on Labour & Employment Laws (JLEL) is a blind peer-reviewed annual journal published by the Centre for Labour Laws, National Law Institute University, Bhopal. It provides a platform for critical academic and practical discourse on labour and employment law in India and beyond, fostering analysis, reform proposals, and the evolution of labour law.
The journal maintains the highest standards of academic rigor through its distinguished Peer Review Board, including eminent legal professionals and academicians. Past volumes have been reviewed by partners and principal associates from leading firms such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co, Trilegal, alongside renowned jurists and professors.
