About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate with 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal drafting and due diligence to join our Gurgaon office. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate agreements, compliance, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents

Conducting due diligence for corporate transactions

Legal research and preparation of corporate advisory notes

Assisting in compliance and regulatory filings

Coordinating with clients and internal teams on corporate matters
Eligibility & Ideal Candidate Profile

1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate law

Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams
