About Our Guest
Mr. Sarthak Doshi, an alumnus of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, is a technology and corporate lawyer currently serving as a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Mumbai. His practice focuses on the legal and regulatory aspects of emerging technologies, data governance, fintech, gaming, and e-commerce. He began his professional journey with Ikigai Law, where he advised technology-driven businesses and contributed to policy research and advocacy on data, healthcare, and innovation. He later joined IndusLaw, where he handled diverse transactional and advisory mandates before moving to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas to deepen his expertise in the technology, media, and telecommunications space. Mr. Doshi is also the founder and author of “Rules of the Game,” a monthly newsletter that offers analytical insights and commentary on India’s gaming and sports industry.
