The Integral Law Review (‘Journal’) is pleased to announce the call for papers for its upcoming Volume V, April 2026. The Journal is a peer-reviewed, annual flagship law journal of the Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow.
Integral Law Review is an initiative by the Faculty of Law, Integral University, which seeks to provide numerous insights and views into contemporary legal issues. It aspires to provide a platform for all those opinions that are crucial to the understanding of contemporary issues and legal studies, cutting across disciplines, interests, and expertise.
Through the publication of high-quality research on diverse and contemporary topics, it aims to contribute to better policy-making and judicial discussions. There are no fees payable to submit or publish in this journal.
Theme
Integral Law Review welcomes submissions on any area of law; there is no limitation on the choice of the topic, with the only requirement that it involves legal analysis. We accept manuscripts that have law as the base with an intersection with other academic disciplines such as technology, global politics, sciences, public policy, history, management, philosophy, psychology, etc.
Submission Categories
The Journal accepts submissions under the following categories:
- Academic Articles: 5000 – 10000 words
- Short Academic Essays:2500 – 4500 words
- Case Comments: 1500 – 3000 words
- Legislative Comments: 1500 – 3000 words
- Book Reviews: 900 – 1500 words (Only One Author)
- Photo Essays: Minimum 10 Pictures with 2000 words supporting text
Submission Guidelines
- Submissionis to be made in electronic form only and must be sent to integrallawreview@gmail.com with the email subject ‘Submission–Integral Law Review.’ Co-authorship should be limited to two.
- The manuscript must be submitted with an abstract, which shall not be more than 350words and should contain a minimum of five keywords.
- Submissions with a plagiarism level of up to 15%will be considered for the review process.
- The manuscript must be in English only, in Microsoft Word (MS-Word) format, withthe font size 12 in Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing for the main text and size 10 in Times New Roman with single line spacing for footnotes. The author must adhere to the OSCOLA citation format.
- Themanuscript must be accompanied by a covering email providing the author’s name and the name of the institution/organization. The author shall not include their name or any other identity in the manuscript, in any form.
- We encourage professional writing and expect authors to avoid foul or defamatorylanguage.
- Submissions with AI-generated content up to 20%will be accepted for the review process.
Review and Publication Policies
The Integral Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal that follows double-blind methods, which means that both the reviewer/editors and the author identities are concealed from the reviewers/editors, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
Policies are as follows:
- The corresponding author is solely responsible for managing communication between co-authors and Integral Law Review. The corresponding author must ensure that all authors are included in the author list, and they are aware that the paper was submitted, and must provide a declaration of the same in the email.
- The corresponding author must ensure that all references and citations are correct, and the submissions do not contain any material that infringes the copyright, or is defamatory in nature, and must provide a declaration of the same in the email.
- The Board of Editors reserves the right to modify the manuscript to maintain the standard and quality of the submission, as per the standards. In case of any conflicts, the decision of the Board of Editors shall be the final.
- We take ninety (90) days to communicate our decision regarding publication, and process, publish, and distribute journal submissions accepted for publication.
- When you submit a manuscript to the Integral Law Review, we will take it to imply that the manuscript has not already been published or submitted elsewhere. You must not submit your manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at the Integral Law Review.

- Communication of Decision:The journal communicates its decision regarding publication within ninety (90) days of submission.
- Publication of Accepted Papers:Journal submissions accepted for publication are processed, published, and distributed in April
