About the Opportunity
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, invites applications for Judicial Internships for the months of January and February 2026. This internship offers law students valuable exposure to constitutional adjudication, legal research, and judicial functioning at the Supreme Court level.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:

In the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B. programme (or equivalent), or

In the final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
Internship Period

January 2026

February 2026
Selection Process

Applications will be shortlisted based on merit.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a typed brief-making exercise.

Final selection will be based on overall merit and performance.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified approximately two weeks before the commencement of the internship.
