The Cell for Law and Technology, in collaboration with Niti Bodh, presents the 4th edition of Scribbling Stratagem, a unique policy doodling competition आयोजित as part of Techtonic 2026.
Drafted by Mr. Pulkit Prakash, the problem statement is designed to test participants’ creative, analytical, and policy-thinking skills, blending law, technology, and artistic expression.
